Design

PAX-100 electrostatic sprayer is designed to reduce the consumption of disinfectants by 80% when compared to other electrostatic sprayers in the market. It dispenses the least amount of chemicals while ensuring maximum coverage by atomising the disinfectant particles to a fine 70 microns. It uses the highest quality industrial grade nozzles to prevent clogging and to permit a comfortable spray distance of 36” to 48”.

PAX-100 electrostatic sprayer speeds up the application and reduces the labour, it can cover up to 6,000 square feet on a single tank. It is designed with speed in mind which allows an operator to disinfect an average sized room in less than a minute.

What is an electrostatic sprayer?

The PAX-100 handheld electrostatic sprayer is engineered and designed with electrostatic technology that places an electrostatic charge in liquid disinfectants, causing the liquid particles to adhere to target surfaces. The charged droplets travel towards and seek out the targeted surface and cover the hard to reach surfaces.
The electrostatic technology behind the PAX-100 is well-established, with a history of utilisation spanning more than 60 years in various industries such as agriculture, surface coating and paint spraying. Due to the current pandemic, manufacturers such as PAX Innovations have answered the call. They have successfully translated industrial electrostatic technology into a compact, easy-to-use device for quick and effective disinfectant application.

How does the PAX-100 handheld electrostatic sprayer compare to other sprayers?

Unlike traditional manual sprayer models, with the PAX-100 handheld electrostatic sprayer, there is no need to touch or wipe the surfaces or objects because, as the disinfectant liquid exits the electrostatic sprayer, it is atomized and given an electrical charge.
